If the recent release, ‘Naadodigal’, has sent the cash registers sizzling, it only seems like a signal of things. Along with ‘Naadodigal’, Ananda Vikatan’s ‘Vaalmiki’ also hit screens to much critical acclaim.

Apart from that, director Rajeshwar’s ‘Indira Vizha’, which has Namitha and Srikanth in the lead, has also been slated for release next Friday, July 10. Produced by ANKK Productions, the film is said to have Balu Mahendra in a special cameo in the film.

And then, Jai’s ‘Vamanan’, in which he stars with model Priya, will also hit screens. This film is being directed by debutant Ahmed and is being produced by Dream Valley Corporation. This is Jai’s first release after the blockbuster ‘Subramaniapuram’, which released exactly a year ago.
